You can send users a welcome email, after you have finished setting their new account on Immerse. The email will contain their username (email address), password details and a sign in button.
A quick guide to sending a welcome email to a new user:
- Login to your Immerse Works account.
- Click on the Admin cog at the top of the page, or on the left menu.
- On the Admin page, click on People under the General heading.
- To send a welcome email, click on the new user from the people list, then click the Action button in the top right corner on their profile. Click Send welcome email.
- The user can now sign in by clicking the Sign in button on the email.
