Navigate to ShareFile Login and click the Forgot password? Link below the login button.
Enter your email and complete the reCAPTCHA tool.
Click Send.
The ShareFile system will send you an email that contains a link to reset your password. This link will expire after 15 minutes. Each time you request a password reset, the previous reset link will expire. Once you have received the email, please click on the “Reset your password” now link to continue.
Once you have followed the link in the email, you should now be able to reset your password by filling out the form shown below.
