How do I edit or delete any company/public holidays?

Once setting up a company/public holiday you may find a time where you need to edit it or even delete it completely this article is all about that.


A guide on editing and deleting public and company holidays:

  • Login to your Immerse works system as an Administrator
  • Click on the Admin cog on the right of the header then head to General and then Company/Public Holidays
  • The list of all company holidays on the system will be shown here.
  • Next click on Actions next to the holiday you want to edit.
  • You can now either click Edit or Delete depending on what you want to do.


Let's say we need to edit a public holiday and delete another.

  • First, we would head to the admin section of Immerse works
  • Then we would click on Company/Public Holidays which can be located under the General heading.



  • After clicking on this you will find the list of all company and public holidays on the system. Locate the holiday that you wish to edit or delete and click on Actions once clicked on a dropdown will appear giving the option to either edit or delete.



  • If you chose to edit the holiday this will then come up with another page that will allow you to edit the details of the holiday. Once done click Save.




  • If you chose to edit the holiday this will then come up with another page that will allow you to edit the details of the holiday. Once done click Save.



  • If you chose to delete the holiday this will then come up with a warning pop up asking if you are sure. To delete simply click Yes.
