How do I check for and remove duplicate holidays?

When using Immerse-Works you might find that users may book over existing holidays. This article is all about where you can see this, and fix it.


A guide to viewing all holidays and absences for a user:

  • Login to your Immerse works system as an Administrator
  • Click on the Admin cog on the right of the header then head to General and then All Holidays



  • The list of all users holidays and absences are shown here
  • If you have any duplicate days this will appear in a warning message at the top of the screen.



  • To delete a duplicate click the delete next to the day you wish to delete.



Your user should now have the correct amount of holiday allowance. If not feel free to get in touch with us!
