How do I view my holidays?

If you want to view all the holidays you have requested, both approved and awaiting approval, this support article will guide you through the steps to help you do that.


A quick guide to viewing your holiday requests:

  • Login to your Immerse Works account.
  • Click on the People icon at the top of the page.
  • Once on the People dashboard, click on Time off.
  • This will display your personal holiday calendar view of the whole year. Click on View All Holidays.
  • This will display all the holidays you have requested, both approved and awaiting approval. 


A more in-depth guide on how to view your holidays: 

  • When you log into your Immerse Works account, you will be immediately directed to the Home Dashboard. You will find quick link buttons to the different applications on here, as well as your home widgets. To book a holiday, click on the People icon at the top of the page.




  • You should now be on the People dashboard. To cancel a holiday request, you will need to navigate to the Time off page. You will find the link located on the left-hand side.



  • You should now be on the Holidays and Leave page. You can view all your holidays by clicking on the View All Holidays> link on the right-hand side of the page.
