On Immerse Works, requesting holidays couldn't be easier. This walkthrough guide will explain the necessary steps you need to book time off using the Immerse Works system.

A quick guide to booking time off:

• Login to your Immerse Works account.
• Click on the People icon at the top of the page.
• Once on the People dashboard, click on Time off.
• This will take you to your holiday calendar for the whole year. Click on Book Time Off to proceed.
• Then fill in any relevant information and click Send request.

A more in-depth guide on how to book time off:

• When you log into your Immerse Works account, you will be immediately directed to the Home Dashboard. You will find quick link buttons to the different applications on here, as well as your home widgets. To book a holiday, click on the People icon at the top of the page.

 

• You should now be on the People dashboard. To book time off you will need to navigate to the Time off page. You will find the link located on the left-hand side.

• You should now be on the Holidays and Leave page. To book time off, simply click on the Book Time Off button, which you will find top right of the page.

• After clicking on The Book Time Off button, you should get a modal in the middle of the screen. To book a holiday simply:
  1. Select the time off type from the drop down list.
  2. Select the start and end date(s) and time for your request.
  3. Add a reason for your request (this is optional).
  4. When done, click the Send Request button.

That's it you're done! The request has now been sent to your line manager for approval.
