How do I cancel my holiday request?

There may come a time where you have to cancel your request for some time off. This support article will guide you through the steps to help you do that.


A quick guide to cancelling your holiday request:

  • Login to your Immerse Works account.
  • Click on the People icon at the top of the page.
  • Once on the People dashboard, click on Time off.
  • This will display your personal holiday calendar view of the whole year. Click on View All Holidays.
  • Find the holiday you wish to action, and click Cancel Request.


A more in-depth guide on how to cancel a holiday request:

  • When you log into your Immerse Works account, you will be immediately directed to the Home Dashboard. You will find quick link buttons to the different applications on here, as well as your home widgets. To book a holiday, click on the People icon at the top of the page.


  • You should now be on the People dashboard. To cancel a holiday request, you will need to navigate to the Time off page. You will find the link located on the left-hand side.


  • You should now be on the Holidays and Leave page. You can delete a holiday either by clicking on it on the calendar view or by clicking on the View All Holidays> link on the right-hand side of the page. 
In the View All Holidays page, find the holiday you wish to cancel from the list.  
Use the Calendar view to cancel approved holidays and holidays awaiting approval.
Use the View All Holidays page to cancel approved holidays only. You will not be able to cancel holidays awaiting approval using this page. 
  • Click on the Cancel Request button, for the holiday request you wish to cancel.





That's it you're done! Your holiday cancellation request has been sent to your manager.
